The Charts & Reports extension will be discontinued on 10th January 2025.

The Charts & Reports extension has never grown into the product or business we hoped it would. We're discontinuing it to focus all our attention on our main extension, Data Fetcher.

Why are you discontinuing it?

We did not make the decision to sunset a product lightly. However, Charts & Reports makes <1% of the revenue that Data Fetcher makes, and is not profitable when accounting for customer support hours. It's become impossible to justify spending development time on it.

Rather than stagger on with a badly supported, never-updated product, we've decided to discontinue it.

What does this mean for subscribers?

• You will have access to all paid features until 10th January 2025.

• Your subscription will automatically cancel before 10th January 2025.

• Your Pro license key will keep working.

• On 10th January 2025, paid features like scheduled email reports will stop working.

What does this mean for free users?

• You will still be able to use the extension until 10th January 2025.

• You can no longer upgrade to a paid plan.

What can I use instead?

• Airtable Interfaces: the charts are now very powerful. They solve a lot of the pain points we aimed to solve with Charts & Reports (e.g. adding multiple Y-axis series).

• Google Data / Looker Studio: Incredibly flexible. You would first need to sync your data into Google Sheets, then use this as the data source.
