Run history

Run history shows when your requests ran and helps you troubleshoot errors in scheduled, trigger, or webhook URL runs. Use it to identify issues and understand your usage patterns.

How to view run history for a specific request

When you need to investigate the execution history of a particular request:

  1. Navigate to the request in the Data Fetcher extension.

  2. Click Run History in the top-right of the screen.

  3. View the list of all runs for this request, with the most recent first.

    1. Click on any individual run to reveal detailed information about that execution.

    2. Use the date and status filters at the top to narrow down results and locate specific runs.

How to view run history dashboard for all requests

For a comprehensive overview of all request and sequence executions across your workspace:

  1. Sign in to your account at .

  2. Under Workspaces, click Manage workspace next to the workspace you want.

  3. Click View run history to open the dashboard.

  4. Review the complete run history for all requests and sequences.

    1. Select any individual run to examine its detailed execution information.

    2. Apply date and status filters to refine your view and find specific runs.

    3. Use the request or sequence dropdown filters to analyze runs and usage for specific workflows

This dashboard also helps you understand your monthly usage patterns and allocation.
