You can use the information in a request's Run history to troubleshoot any errors during , or runs.

Run storage

Runs are stored for different time periods on each plan, after which they are deleted.

View request run history

  • On the create request screen, click "Run History".

  • You will see a list of all the times the request ran.

  • Click on an individual run to show the extra details of that run.

  • You can use the date and status filters at the top to help find a particular run.

View run history for all requests and sequences

You can use the Run History dashboard on datafetcher.com to see the run history of all your requests and sequences and understand your monthly usage.

  • Under Workspaces, click 'Manage' next to the workspace you want to see the run history for.

  • Click "View run history".

  • Click on an individual run to show the extra details of that run.

  • You can use the date and status filters at the top to help find a particular run.
